Apartment 1 (“Gewölbekeller”) is situated on the ground floor of our 17th-century half-timbered house and offers 70 m² of thoughtfully designed space for 2 to 4 guests. Entering through the house’s shared historic front door, you step directly into your private ground-floor sanctuary.

A truly unique architectural feature awaits you in the spacious kitchen-diner: a walkable safety-glass panel set into the floor offers an unobstructed view down into the softly illuminated, centuries-old vaulted stone wine cellar beneath the house.

Layout & Sleeping Comfort

• Bedroom: Features a generous king-size double bed (180 cm wide) and ample wardrobe space. Fresh bed linen is always included.
• Living Area: Welcoming lounge with a large flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an exceptionally comfortable sleeper sofa (180 × 200 cm) designed to sleep two additional guests just like a full bed.
• Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dining table, and the signature glass-floor window into the wine vault.
• Bathroom & Courtyard: Bright, modern shower bathroom (towels included). Outside, a charming courtyard seating corner invites you to unwind with a glass of local Steeg Riesling while gazing toward the vineyards and the ruins of Castle Stahlberg.
